Can anyone else confirm this before I report it?

When I install Admin Toolbar Extras, "Add Content" disappears from the Tools block on my site. If I uninstall it and refresh the page it is back.

I am seeing the behavior in Bartik and Zircon. So I don't think it's theme dependent. The Tools block is in Sidebar First on both themes.

If you don't want "Add Content" to disappear and can't wait for it to be corrected, change its parent menu from Tools to Main navigation
Install the Admin Toobar and Admin Toolbar Extras
In the Main navigation menu change Add Content parent back to Tools.
