Duplicate the Entity Browsers - media_browser

I want to duplicate the default Entity Browsers called "media_browser" so that I can use Modal window. I am using the Plugin "View" so that you can view and select library images. After doing this I then attached this browser to a content field. When I go to select an image it doesn't select the image, it doesn't add the throbber check mark overlay over the image like the default "media_browser".
