Hello

I recently updated the Apache version to 2.4.26 and OpenSSL 1.1.0f.

Drupal Version : 7.56
PHP : 5.6.31

Since then, I am unable to make connection to download the pending updates from Drupal and Google ReCaptcha does not work anymore.

Does anyone have any idea of what might be happening?

I have search and searched and cannot seem to find any solution.

Can you tell us what version of Drupal you're using? (Including the full version number, like Drupal 7.49 or Drupal 8.28?)

Also, are you able to check your Drupal logs (at Reports > Recent log messages) or your server logs for any error messages?

I checked the logs and there are no Errors however after some investigation.

The culprit is PHP - I need a version of PHP that supports the new OpenSSL 1.1 library.

Any idea where to get a version of PHP(windows 64bit) with OpenSSL 1.1 support?

Windows is not my strong suit, but it looks like PHP 7.0.19 supports OpenSSL 1.1.0:
