Offering to maintain Basic_cart

Have ported the module to drupal 8 its been a year but still no response I would like to take this module maintainers responsibility. you would have seen that already users are started using the module of drupal 8 that is ported from the github directly and have got more feature request https://www.drupal.org/node/2757839
