Hi,

I am using Zymphonies as a theme. My problem is the comments are not displayed. The author and date information are displayed but no comment is displayed. I have set the shrinktheweb app on comments. All the fields and entities are defined and are working for the content fields but no luck with comments..

Anyone can help?

1. The zymphonies company makes many themes, free, and commercial, so you are going to have to be far more specific about exactly which theme you are using.

2. Comment display problems can also occur with a some contrib modules that don't interact well with each other, particularly some comment moderation modules, when trying to use more than one at a time. Consequently you are going to have to be very specific about what contrib modules you have installed.

3. If the problem is theme related, it may be a support question for the theme author.

4. View the contents of the page using firefox/chrome dev tools, and see what markup is there.

5. Setup a test bed site on a work/dev domain with just the latest Drupal 7.x core and the theme, and see if comments display on a clean install of Drupal and the theme. That will help you diagnose the source of the cause. If comments display with clean Drupal core and the the custom theme, then the problem is being caused by something else in your configuration.
