Backup and restore problem with event_calendar_colors

Well,

I did the backup from my website and I installed a new server( ORACLE LINUX 7.3, APACHE2, POSTGRES,).
I got 1 file .dump from DB and 1 directory from apache that is my site.

When I restore my DB thats ok. I copied the directory to apache, OK. My website open ok, BUT show the message:

"Warning: chmod(): Permission denied in event_css_add() (line 272 from /var/www/html/com9dn/sites/all/modules/event_calendar_colors/event_calendar_colors.module)."

I can't use this module now.
The permissions are 755 like my old server, someone knows how can i solve this problem?
