when we create multiple choice with only one corrent answer why the system still render multiple checkbox why it is not change into radio button automatically ? so we will not make a mistake to check more than one option and do not neccessary get warning message multiple check answer !

The warning message is there just as a caveat - but this is intentional so you can create a question with "select all that apply" when only one of them is correct.

The user can optionally be penalized for choosing additional incorrect answers.

There are warnings for the conditions because they are edge cases - but still valid cases for grading.
