Why when we access directly the node oh multiple question ex: node/5 we will got question with list alternatives without radio box option but when we call inside the quiz like node/3/take/ and call the multichoice node coming with radio box option and next question buttton?

maybe this is a stupid question but i just want to know what is the structure function for this module to my work
access quiz -> click start button - > call the node multichoice one by one - finish quiz -> call the result
what the name of function that is called one by one in a flow..?

I'm not sure what you mean - but you cannot take questions outside of a quiz.
