Hello, I just saw the YAML editor project (https://www.drupal.org/project/yaml_editor) and was thinking about adding an Ace editor (https://ace.c9.io/) for the /devel/php page textarea, to ease the execution of scripts there.
What do you think ? I can make a first patch if some of you think it's a good idea.

@Renrhaf thanks for contributing! we already talked about integrating ace editor in devel in #2466101: Integrate the Ace editor to devel/php and in #2411481: How to add Ace PHP Editor to Devep php execute form? and we have decided that the integration should be done in a separate module. @benjy has created this pretty module (devel_ace) for integrating ace editor with devel. I think that it should fit to your need :)
