Clean up token description strings [#2890895]

Hello, Jacob!

Today I came across some minor inconsistency/errors in the webform.tokens.inc file that are presented on the UI to the user.

In a minute I'll attach a patch.

Call me a picky guy, but I prefer to polish the module in every aspect :)

No behavioral change is made, only human-facing strings are changed.
