Hello, feeds_tamper_importer_menu() currently uses the wrong access argument for user_access(). Here is a patch that fixes the issue. Thanks.

This module is really useful - but without this bug-fix, it can't be used. Can I encourage you to push out a new stable release which includes this patch?
