Problem

I have enabled module social_comment_upload and upload file to the comment on topic.
File is accessible for me by URL system/files/2017-06/example.txt
When I edit and remove the file from comment or whole comment, the file is still accessible by the URL.

Expected result

File should not be removed (not accessible by the URL) from the server after deleting from comment or whole comment.
