Hello Author,

Randomly a user cannot upload a single file and if 2 files are uploaded only 1 will be successful. I have verified that this is a problem. If your team cannot duplicate the issue, it doesn’t mean it doesn’t exist. it happens randomly. Can you please look and help me to resolve the issue.

IMCE does not provide multiple uploads by default. It should be some other extension responsible for the behavior.
