Problem/Motivation

Steps to reproduce:
1- Create an article.
2- Download a target
3- Disassociate.
4- Notice that the Translation Profile disappears.
5- Re-upload the document.
6- Notice that the Translation Profile remains empty.
If you were to then disassociate again, it would fail because the profile is unassigned.

Allow user to re-assign profile after dissasociate
