I cannot find the option to "Execute custom PHP Code" in Drupal 8 "Rules". I have added the php filter module as well. Where has this Rules feature gone?

Can you elaborate your problem what actually going on.

I have installed rules in Drupal8 and I am trying to create a rule that needs to run a php code. Is this possible in DR8?

Which module you are using for PHP filter in Drupal 8? Please post the module name or URL here.

Thanks,

Relevant Modules (are all these module references correct):
- by the way you should/could post such links in a head post in the future, for clarity ...

https://www.drupal.org/project/rules

https://www.drupal.org/project/php

Your post implies that there used to be a D7 Rules feature that executed php that is not present in D8.

I have not reviewed the status of the modules and their D7 versus D8 differences, but you will find that many, many, D8 modules are missing features that were provided by equivalent D7 functionality. Keep in mind that D8 is essentially a complete re-write and re-imagining of Drupal and as such is really a "1.x" code base that may take years to catch up to D7 functionality levels.
