Flag robots.txt problem Search engines flagging content

Flag module may currently be used with anonymous users, however the robots.txt file does not exclude the "/flag/" path, which may cause search engines to randomly flag and unflag content when they index the site. It is highly recommended to add "Disallow: /flag/" to your robots.txt file (located in the root of your Drupal installation).

However my robots.txt includes "Disallow: /" which means the /flag/ path is already excluded.

To avoid confusion I think the warning shouldn't be displayed if the users robots.txt includes Disallow: /
