ive set up clean drupal 8 and only installed pdb. ive enabled the module and npm installed angular and two immediate problems become obvious:

1. there are no example blocks so i cant just get up and running simply.
2. i cant disable any of the 3 modules i enabled.

example blocks problem may be due to core issue. i am also unable to see examples module demo blocks...
