Support for angular-cli

Hey thanks so much for this module! I was trying to get angular-cli working with PDB to make creating new components easier. In order to user angular-cli, I had to create a new project, which of course creates all new node modules which seems redundant. I am still trying other things like adding a angular-cli.json file to the pdb_ng2 directory. I was just wondering if there was a plan to include support for angular-cli by default? If I can get this working seamlessly, I'll be glad to submit a patch.
