Apply patch to beta1

Ran into the issue per https://www.drupal.org/node/2690207 using beat1.

Still causes:

exception 'Drupal\Core\Extension\InfoParserException' with message 'Unable to parse modules/contrib/geophp/geophp.info.yml yaml_parse(): scanning error encountered during parsing: mapping values are not allowed in this context (line 3, column 38)' in           [error]
/var/www/padiblt/docroot/core/lib/Drupal/Core/Extension/InfoParserDynamic.php:25

Looks like that issue was closed about a year ago so just wanted to point out that patch #6 which fixes it still hasnt been applied to beta1. Any chance we can get that applied.
