Hello,
When I created a comment with stars, the following error is displayed :
"This value should be of the correct primitive type."
The "Voting target" field is empty.

Also, I cannot add a new vote-type. At /admin/structure/vote-types there is no +add type button or something (just like in Zenimagine's screenshot). When I go directly to /admin/structure/vote-types/add, I can add a new type, but this new type can not be selected when creating a new fivestar field...
I am going crazy trying to implement a simple voting system for Drupal 8!

goinghaywire CreditAttribution: goinghaywire commentedI ran into this issue too. You need to select a default rating with the stars. I think thats the error it is catching (no default rating).

PanchoOriginal issue is related to Fivestar module and covered here: #2858251: This value should be of the correct primitive type..
Comment #1 is unrelated and a duplicate of #2728537: Add missing button to create a new vote type.
Therefore closing this issue as duplicate.
