Hi,

How can I translate the interface of the site without Drupal 7 developer menu?

I installed these modules:
- entity_translation
- l10n_update
- i18n

But now it translate the whole site, everything (without content) including Drupal menu and administration interface.
But I would like that it stays English.

Try content language access module it may help you to solve this issue...

Content Language Access Module restricts the access of only contents with language (except neutral language) that are equal of the actual Drupal language being accessed or others that were previous configured in the admin page.
