The functionality of Blockify module has been already been implemented in Drupal 8. You can configure these in block section. "admin/structure/block"

There are still some site elements which are not available as blocks - the site logo, the slogan, etc.

A WIP that I threw together for the site name, site slogan and (doesn't work yet) theme logo, until I realized that the core "Site branding" block gave you checkboxes to control which elements were displayed, which meant I didn't need this.

Trying to get it working on D9.5, but where can I found the blocks like slogan or logo ?
