[FA] ترجمه فایل: preface-organization.txt

The file that was committed for this translation has an AsciiDoc syntax error.

The English source where the error is says:

You may also want to refer to the <<glossary>> section as you read -- it gives
brief definitions of most of the terminology used in the guide, with links to
topics having more detailed explanations.

The text <<glossary>> is a cross-reference to the Glossary section. It needs to stay in English -- the word "glossary" inside the << >> cannot be translated, or the cross-reference will not work.

I am going to fix it in this FA source code file... but please be careful with future translations, thanks!
