Change Notification Emails to Plain Text Instead of HTML

Line breaks in the notification messages are being removed in the emails because the email header is set to HTML. If any HTML is actually added into the message then this is stripped out any way by the Drupal mail function, so I think it would be better if the emails were set to send as plain text. I'm attaching a simple patch for this.
