Drupal 8.3.2

1. Created migration for content type
2. Import Migration

While Importing migration i have entity reference fields with multiple values for that field i have added plugin to "entityexist" and "magiration_lookup".
if the field is empty at that time its showing issue.
To fix that i have added one condition which check that count of ids and first index of array is null or not....

for that i have created patch.

Looks like this was fixed addressed in #1596472: Replace hard coded static cache of entities with cache backends

Therefore, closing as outdated. If this is incorrect reopen the issue, by setting the status to 'Active', and add a comment explaining what still needs to be done.
