miro_dietikerWith Paragraphs, usually the "Operations" column doesn't display at all. You seem to have some special contrib / custom setup?
Mind that there is also the collapse / expand operation and the summary and more things.
In contrast to other field items, this is a full entity edited inline. That's why the "Remove" button should not ident on the right side. Nesting paragraphs would already make the experience in editing inacceptable.

miro_dietikerThere are multiple other issues that clash with this proposal. So i'm postponing for the related issue.
Likely will be won't fix for the nesting issue. We can't have a full nested operations column.
rliThanks.
Could you please let me know which issues are clashed with this proposal? I'm happy to have a look if those issues can fix our UX requirement.

#2825570: [META] Introduce new action elements
It's only the starting issue, very meta, and not yet with an implementation for the button. There are many more smaller related issues to the Paragragraphs summary. But i don't know how much time you want to spend, you can filter the issue queue by UX topics (Tag Usability or component "User interface").
