Hi. Im begin to use more Drupal 8. But I have this question. Obviously if I install the module and use with views and dont translate this is a option, but if I download a module and see the code.

There is a way to know if there is some translation options in this module?
Someone have a link with more information?

(or we can create that documentation page).

Views is in Drupal Core now, so moving to the right queue.

Can you give some more information about what you mean here? Cause I don't quite follow.

If I saw the code of a views related module. How can I identify if there is the option to translate content or strings?
