It doesn't seem possible to configure emails/handlers per language translation.
In my case, I would like to send webform submission to different person according to the language of the form.
Is there any work on this ? or the way to go is to duplicate the form ?

Hi - sorry to open this issue again but is there a tutorial available to explain how to implement this handler? I tried adding the code to the webform here: /modules/webform/src/Plugin/WebformHandler/MyWebformHandler.php

clearing cache and it breaks the form - "The website encountered an unexpected error. Please try again later."

I really need this functionality and am stuck :-|
