Shouldn't the selection of edit mode "Closed" show the paragraph fields closed by default? Or what does this option mean?
When selecting "Closed" (in Paragraph Classics and also in Paragraph Experimental) the paragraph fields show up opened by default.

I thought it would apply to new content so the paragraph fields show up closed on a Add new content form. In my case, when adding new content, the referenced paragraph shows all fields open by default

If you don't select a "Default paragraph type" on the paragraphs widget settings it should remain closed (a button that allows you to add a new item appears).
