Problem/Motivation

#2770921: Feb 21st: Convert chunk of WTB to BTB by just moving classes, changing use statements adding traits automatically converted a bunch of WTB tests to BTB and marked base classes extending WTB @deprecated. Since experimental modules don't have the requirement of BC, this can be removed.
