If I only got free shipping products in the cart, then it's no problems. The checkout goes as it should.
But if I have any product that doesn't have free shipping it requires a click on the "calculate shipping" button. is it possible to get rid of this step?
Ideally, I would like the shipping to be added to the cart as soon as a product that requires shipping is added but any of the solutions would cover my needs.

bojanz CreditAttribution: bojanz at Centarro commentedThe Shipping Information checkout pane has a "Hide shipping costs until an address is entered" option that you can disable.
#2849756: Auto-recalculate shipping when the address changes will also improve the button itself, in case you end up needing it (due to having shipping method conditions or using non-flat-rate shipping methods such as USPS).
