In my production website on GoDaddy, I have configured my "Contact" form to send all email replies, feedback or inquiries to my MS Outlook account. This is available for all users. But the emails never actually get sent. Others see a "Thank you reply" on the website, but the email never gets sent. When I send a contact-reply myself, I do not even generate a Thank you. (I am offended)

I am reading that email addresses that are not suffixed with the domain url can get flagged as "spam." How do you stop this behavior? What is doing this Drupal or something else?

I checked with GoDaddy and my server is configured to send/receive email from outside email services and it is NOT configured for internal domain-email addresses (nor do I want it to be.)
