Redirect after block delete in subtheme goes to root theme, not subtheme [#2876163]

What it says on the tin. Switching back to the correct subtheme adds an extra mouse click to the task and has the potential to confuse the user. If I delete a block in a theme I expect to be returned to that tab after confirming the deletion.
