Make all fields on a page editable with a single edit button

Currently, If a field is editable, the user can edit 1 field at a time and every editable field on a page shows an edit link. Is it possible to have one "Edit" button on a page so that when user clicks it, all fields on the page become editable? When user clicks on Edit button, the page must also show empty fields so that user can update them if he wants. I am also using editable field link module.

Note: By default, empty fields do not show on the page until user updates them. I want to keep the default. It should only show when user clicks on "Edit".
