Setting up an import is a two-step process: first you create the feed type at admin/structure/feeds and then a feed at /admin/content/feed.

So go to Administration > Content > Feeds (http://ww.example.com/admin/content/feed) and add a Feed (http://ww.example.com/feed/add).

Oh, and be sure you have configured mappings as well before initiating an import. In your case (from the screenshot you posted), click the tab 'Mapeamento'.

Oh, now i undestand and it works, but it's not a UX issue?maybe i have a shortview of the procces but why we cant have the feed url in the same form?

Yes, it certain is an UX issue. I'm looking for ways to improve the UX. In #2443471: Implement configurable parsers. are a few ideas for this.
