The show more links render out the following:
<a href="#" class="facetapi-limit-link">Show more</a>

I needed some id's relating to the parent block like so:
<a href="#" class="facetapi-limit-link facetapi-facetapi-links facetapi-facet-field-topic facetapi-processed">Show more</a>

I suggest just a small patch to the js making that link.
