Is there any module similar with userpoints available for Drupal 8

Hello everyone, I'm a newbie for Drupal, no programming experiences for PHP/JS/HTML/ASP and etc.
I've chosen Drupal8 for beginning, cause it's the latest version, but the main reason is its better performance and easier operations.
I was told D7 is more mature and stable than D7, and there are lots of wonderful modules and extentions to be selected.
While lots of modules and extentions haven't been upgrated to match D8.
I like D8 eventhough I've just used it for 2 weeds, but I'm worried wether I have to move to D7 if appropriate modules couldn't be found to realize the functions as I wish.

Well, I'm planning to build a website on which the authorized users could share their resources, such as pictures/videos/documents/codes and etc.
The others could download these resources. Some of these resources will cost some userpoints/credits to be downloaded, corresponding points/credits will be deducted from the account of downloaders and then added to the owners. For new users without enough points could pay for them and the others could withdraw.

Here are the questions:
1. Not sure which version of Drupal is the best choice.
a. D7 is mature and stable, has more modules and extentions.
b. D8 has better interface and performance, easier to be used.
c. As a beginner, it's impossible to revise or develop to realize new functions at now.
2. Don't know if the "userpoints" module could match my requirements.
a. The problem is there is no D8 version.
b. Is there any other modules similar with "userpoints" suitable for D8?
3. Could I realize these functions by using "community accounting" module?
Or is there any other modules can be used?
4. Do you have any other advice about this, such as other functions, suggested modules, and etc?

You said you're not a programmer, so I'd say D7 is the way to go. D8 modules are just not ready for non-programmers yet.

Would you please provide me more advices, for example which modules match my requests in the best way, is the userpoints module the best choice?
Any other modules adviced to improve the performance or functions of this website?

userpoints is the only module that provides that type of feature at present moment. I don't expect any new modules to provide this feature in D7.

The rest of the media functionality you seek is widely discussed and tutorialized. I suggest utilizing google and learning to work with Drupal and testing modules functionality before jumping off the deep end and trying to build a site.
