EDIT: Created an issue @ the module.

Composer is not doing it for me, close of dumping 8 and go back to 7. In D8, I had to install a few modules through composer (e.g. the address module must be installed through composer) and trying to update both the core as modules. This ain't working.

When running
composer update drupal/core --with-dependencies as mentioned on the page 'Update procedure in Drupal 8' it throws the error:
