conditional checkbox "Enable private messages"

Hello,
I think that whole form "Send me an e-mail notification..." with radiobuttons could be conditional, based on value of
checkbox "Enable private messages"

If the checkbox "Enable private messages" is disabled, there couldn't be shown form "Send me an e-mail notification..." and it's radiobuttons.
