Drupal Installation in french impossible

Hi,

I can't manage the Drupal 8.3. installation in french, I tried 5 times , and impossible to install DRUPAL .

I have LAMP serveur :
Linux ubuntu 16
PHP 7.0.15
Apache 2.4.18
MySql 5.7

activation of GD, Simple XML and Xml is OK
Mod Rewrite is activated
The ERROR on clicking on the link of the front Page :

Not Found

The requested URL /drupal/admin/content was not found on this server.
Apache/2.4.18 (Ubuntu) Server at 127.0.0.1 Port 8060

I don't know what to do ?
