Clean up project page

Please note 8.x-1.12 is last version compatible with Drupal core <8.2. Later versions follow Drupal core >=8.2

Drupal 8.2 is no longer supported. And is more than six months old. People should have updated by now. Let's remove this.

Drupal Console
drupal module:download restui

These seem entirely superfluous… because this is the same for all modules. Imagine that every module would list this on their project page.

That leaves just this:

A user interface for Drupal 8's REST module.

… which I think is also not very accurate. I think this is better:

A user interface for configuring Drupal 8's REST module.
