The predecessor layout plugin had the possibility to add an icon to the layout that was displayed at least in DS. Good Sitebuilder experience!

Re-add that icon support.

I'd like to handle this in #2660124: Dynamically build layout icons based on well formed config. Closing this as a duplicate for now, but if that one stalls out, this could be reopened.
