Hi. Is it possible to have fields that are not filled out to not be included in emails?

For example, say I have two fields: Name and Favorite Color

If user fills out Name but not favorite Color, then in email it currently says:

Name: my name
Favorite Color:

I would rather it just have:

Name: my name

Since the 2.2 version there is an "email" checkbox that may be unselected to exclude items from the e-mail. I'm closing this as it's an old request before this was possible.
