Provide a way to send a mass contact message from the Category List form

When the user is on the category list, there is no way to get back to the mass contact message other than navigating to the /mass-contact URL.

Example for this use case would be when the user wants to send a message, figures that there is a need for a new category, so navigates to the list using the related tasks section on the mass contact form and adds a category. To get back to sending a message, there is no option but to type the URL again.

Requesting to provide an action on the category list page to ' Send a mass contact message'.
