Self not added to user list on first visit to a chatroom.

There doesn't appear to be logic in getOnlineUsers() to check if the user is new to the channel, and if not, to add them to the user list. Otherwise when nodejs_get_content_channel_users() is called, the user isn't present until a page refresh (or maybe opened in another instance).
