Wow. That's a huge case study. If I had the time or our case study expert were still employed by the Assoc I would be sure we could trim it a bit. But alas, we are going to leave it as is.

Please provide some additional screenshotd from different sections of your site, complete with alternate text.

Reminder to self: Before promoting a second read-though for spelling is necessary. Spotted some mistakes.

We have checked the text, trim it a bit and have corrected the errors.

I've made some edits but would really love to have native speaking content editor have another look, but I doubt we find someone...

Set to needs work because some of your images are way to huge. Please optimize them further if possible. Additionally please add images into the text where reasonable (for example the image of rtl-version of your site when you talk about multilingual efforts.

If that is done I am going to set this to rtbc.
