any way to get realistic names?

Is there any way for Generate Users to see fields like first/last name and create realistic names.. rather than adding paragraphs of content into the fields?

Perhaps it could integrate with Realname?

Just a thought as it isnt really usable for creating users as it is now with a name like: "Conventio haero importunus saluto sit. Aliquam laoreet ludus nisl nutus plaga premo sagaciter sudo tum. Distineo jumentum jus nostrud virtus. Adipiscing capto dolus luptatum singularis tego. Brevitas diam macto neque occuro tego."
