page with wildcard part , taxonomy term item and load item based on term with view module

hello every body
i have a page url like region/1 to region/20 and taxonomy terms like region1, region2 to region20 items, i need to create a relationship between wildcard part of page ul and taxonomy term to load content that tagged with specified term item .
