Display fields not available in D7 as it was in D6

Upgraded from D6 to D7 and unable to make Lightbox2 be displayed in Content Types as it used to be in D6.
Here are the steps I took in D7:
- Edited a content type
- in the Manage Fields, added the a new field of type File
- in the Display fields option of that field, I can't see the Full node option as it was in D6, where I can link the field to the Lightbox2.
See the attached file please that displays how it appears in D6, I don't see that option in D7.

Also, when I edit the content type, I see two issues:
1. The images that I uploaded show in the Edit window, but don't appear in the live view
2. In Global settings of the field I indicated Number of values to be Unlimited, yet each time I edit the page I have only one upload option. i.e.: not letting me upload multiple images.

In general, how can I make Lightbox2 display photos for a specific content type??
