Problem/Motivation

Actually to use form-mode with a maximum of respect of routes/entity consistance we can use FormModeManager module. But to have a more flexible UI FormModeManager purpose task/action to expose usage of modes. When we display these modes onto entity canonical or entity-list that would be great if we can have a notion of 'weight' to order our form-modes available for an entity/bundle.

Proposed resolution

Add weight field and weight form element onto 'EntityFormMode' and 'EntityDisplayModeBase' basis. That can be usefull to implement that issue #2752469: Add a weight to the form modes and that not really job of FormModeManager to alter FormMode entities to add this.
